Shipping
Shipping Timeframe
- Packages typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment.
- You will receive an email notification once your items have shipped.
- We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday, except on scheduled holidays.
- Orders received after 10 AM EST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
- Orders received from Thursday through Sunday will also ship on Monday.
Delivery Details
- Deliveries are made to physical addresses only; we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Please verify your shipping address carefully, as we are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect addresses.
Product Handling
- Our beef products are aged for a minimum of 14 days to ensure tenderness and flavor.
- Each beef order is individually vacuum-packed and frozen.
- Orders are packed in reusable insulated containers with ice packs to keep your beef fresh.
- Your beef may arrive either frozen or thawed and cool to the touch.
- If the beef arrives frozen, allow a few days for it to thaw in the refrigerator before your special occasion.
Shipping Charges
- $25 for all orders under $90 (shipped with “No Signature Required”).
- 25% of the order total for all orders over $90 (shipped with “No Signature Required”).
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of beef, we cannot accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged items (unrelated to the carrier)
- Missing items
Local Free Delivery
Eligibility
- Free local delivery is available for large orders in the following regions:
- North to Valdosta, GA
- South to Orlando, FL / Tampa, FL
- West to Tallahassee, FL
- East to Jacksonville, FL
Large Orders
- Defined as purchases of at least one-half (1/2) steer or more.
- Two friends in the same city can combine their orders to reach a total of 1/2 steer and qualify for free local delivery.
